Flavors of coconut and lime in this juice recipe. It's one of my favorites. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Lime may be small, but don't let their size make you think they're not strong. They are extremely hydrating and produce electrolytes due to mineral salts. Lemon helps flush out toxins in the morning. And when added to water, it reawakens the water's healing ability.

How to make cold pressed juice

This juice is very easy to make.

Begin by closing the lid on the juicer. Add all the ginger pieces to the trough.
Then add the lemon. I find that lemon slices or halves release more flavor and juice. You can add all the lemons at once.

Then add the grapes again. You can put it all in at once. Let the juicer press everything in before releasing the juice by opening the smart cap.

Close the lid again and pour the coconut water into the juicer to wash out the flavors. Then open the lid to let the water mix into the juice.

Tip: The lime should feel firm and heavy for its size. Because heavy lemons produce the most juice. Choose lime with thin peels. Avoid fruits with thicker skins. This is a sign that there is less pulp and juice. Fully ripe limes lose their acidity and taste bland compared to bright green, tart limes.
