Simply return your purchase to us in the original packaging within 7 days to verify your refund.

Warranty Terms (General Customers)

Defective Products Within 7 Days of Purchase For products purchased and found to have problems due to normal use within 7 days of purchase, with the product in new condition and no signs of damage, and meeting the manufacturer's warranty conditions as stated on the receipt, etc., the company will replace the product or refund the purchase price (according to the product's terms). The customer must return the product with all accessories (such as box, foam, bag, manual, and included accessories) and the receipt or tax invoice issued by the company. The company will not replace or refund products with the following defects:

  1. Physical damage (e.g., burnt, broken, cracked, bent, dented, warped, cracked, punctured, scratched).
  2. Damage due to improper storage (e.g., rust, oxidation, water stains).
  3. Damage due to external factors (e.g., power surges, lightning).
  4. Misuse (e.g., unauthorized modifications, accidents, signs of opening or unauthorized repairs).
  5. Products with any markings on the product that cannot be removed without affecting the original markings.
  6. Damage or loss due to insufficient or improper packaging.
  7. Products without a serial number (for products that normally have one).
  8. Problems related to circuit boards installed by the purchaser.
  9. Out-of-warranty products or products with no detectable faults will incur a minimum service fee.

Defective Products After 7 Days of Purchase But Within the Warranty Period Products found to have problems after 7 days but within the warranty period will be repaired according to the after-sales warranty terms. The warranty period depends on the product type and manufacturer's warranty. These products must be in good condition without breakage or misuse as specified by the manufacturer. The company will inspect the in-warranty product and inform the customer of the status.

Returns and Refunds Within 7 Days For products sold within 7 days of the invoice date, with the purpose of returning an undamaged product, customer cancellation, or incorrect order, and the product is in perfect condition with all accessories and the original packaging undamaged, a 5-10% fee will be deducted from the product price for cold-press juicers and blenders.
