Which juicer model do you recommend?

Let us recommend some popular Kuvings models suitable for each purpose.

For home use, we recommend the AUTO10. It has a 3000CC large hopper, perfect for batch juicing.

For commercial use, we recommend the CS520 and CS600. The CS520 can run continuously for 12 hours, while the CS600 can run for 24 hours.

What is the difference between the AUTO10 and REVO830?

It really depends on your needs. Both are versatile slow juicers capable of making juice, nut milk, sorbet, and smoothies. However, there are some key differences.

AUTO10 features an extra-large container with a 3000 cc capacity that allows you to fit all ingredients at once for hands-free operation.

REVO830 is equipped with a second auto-cut feed chute specially designed for shredding elongated vegetables such as carrots and celery.

What is the difference between the AUTO10 and AUTO8?

It really depends on your needs.

Both the AUTO10 and AUTO8 are powerful, hands-free slow juicers designed for convenience and efficiency. They both allow batch juicing with minimal effort, but there are some important differences.

AUTO10 comes with an extra-large 3000cc container, perfect for juicing larger batches at once. It's ideal if you want to prepare multiple servings in one go without stopping to refill ingredients.

AUTO8, on the other hand, features a slightly smaller 2000cc container, making it more compact and space-saving—great for smaller households or those with limited counter space. It still offers hands-free operation and delivers excellent performance for everyday use.

How are Kuvings juicers different from other juicers on the market?

For over 40 years, Kuvings has been creating appliances for healthy living. We were the first juicer company to introduce a wide mouth feed chute, which allows fruits and vegetables to be juiced without pre-cutting. This patented wide mouth design reduces prep time for quick and easy juicing. We also manufacture our own products, so we have an in-depth understanding of how our machines are designed and built.

All whole slow juicers include a special cleaning tool for cleaning the strainer, and a blank strainer for making sorbets. Our juicers are very versatile—you can make juices, sorbets & frozen desserts, and instant nut milks!

Are your juicers loud?

Slow juicers are also known as "silent juicers" because the motor turns more slowly, creating less noise than traditional high-speed juicers. Of course, our juicers are not completely silent, but they're far less noisy than high-speed juicers and blenders. The noise is at about conversation level.

Where are your products made?

Our products are developed and manufactured at our own facility in South Korea. Celebrating 40 years of innovation, we are proud to be part of a community that centers around health and wellness.

How easy is it to clean the juicer?

It’s very easy! For a quick rinse between recipes, simply run water through the machine with the juice cap closed, then empty the water.

For cleaning, we provide a special cleaning tool and brushes to make the cleanup process fast and easy.

Here's a short video to help you get started.

Are your juicers dishwasher-safe?

Our products are not dishwasher-safe. Instead, handwash the parts with mild soap and cold water. For a deep clean, spray the parts with white vinegar and wipe thoroughly.

Here's a short video to help you get started.

Why are your juicers called "slow juicers?" Are they actually slow?

They may be called "slow juicers," but vertical masticating machines extract juice just as quickly as "high-speed" juicers. They're called slow juicers because they only need 50-60 rotations per minute to gently crush and press ingredients. High-speed juicers need to operate at 10,000 rotations per minute to finely chop ingredients.

Are your juicers cold press?

None of our slow juicers generate heat, so they are considered cold press. They don't have a hydraulic press like traditional cold press juicers, but instead they use a heavy auger to gently crush and press ingredients without generating heat. It's the most compact and affordable way to make cold-pressed juice at home.

Juicer vs Blender

A juicer separates the fiber from fruits or vegetables, providing a smooth and easily digestible juice. Conversely, a blender processes everything together, resulting in a thicker drink that may take longer to digest.

Both options have their benefits, depending on your dietary needs.

🥗 Ingredients & Usage

Can I make nut milk with my juicer?

Yes, you can make most types of nut milk with all our vertical slow juicers.

Soak the nuts overnight. Process the nuts in the juicer using 1 part soaked nuts and 1 part water. You can create milk with almonds, soy, cashews, and rolled oats using this method.

Here’s a short instructional video.

Can I make sorbet with my juicer?

Yes, you can!
Simply attach the strainer to your juicer, insert your desired frozen fruits, and watch as your Kuvings effortlessly transforms them into smooth, creamy sorbets.

Using primarily frozen ingredients ensures that your sorbet attains a lusciously thick and icy texture. You can either purchase pre-frozen ingredients or freeze fresh ingredients yourself.

Here’s a short instructional video.

Can your juicers process fruits and vegetables with seeds?

Soft seeds—like those found in apples, oranges, melon, and lemons—are safe to juice. Hard seeds and pits—like those found in cherries, peaches, and plums—can damage the juicer and must be removed.

If you're making seed milk, such as pumpkin seed milk, you'll need to soak the seeds overnight before juicing.

Can I juice citrus with the peel intact?

Limes and lemons can be juiced with their peel. You can juice oranges with their peel, but orange peels taste bitter.

If you juice citrus fruits often, check out our citrus attachment specially designed for citrus juice.

Does juicing fruits and vegetables remove their fiber content?

There are two types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. Fruit and vegetable juice contains soluble fiber, which lowers cholesterol, controls blood sugar levels, and more.

The pulp contains insoluble fiber, which simply adds bulk to your stool. A balanced diet contains both types of fiber, but juicing is a great way to absorb a large amount of soluble fiber without filling your stomach with insoluble fiber.

If I juice a whole apple, will I get cyanide poisoning from the seeds?

No. You would need to very finely grind and eat over 200 apple seeds to get cyanide poisoning. Furthermore, the apple seeds are ejected with the pulp.

Juicer vibrates excessively

Turn off the juicer and reassemble it correctly. In particular, make sure the juicing head is in the correct position and that no parts are broken

Juice is leaking from the juice lid during juicing

Juice may leak out if the pulp container is not fitted properly. Please make sure the pulp container is locked into place.

The juice pulp still has too much liquid

When juicing, combine low fiber foods (such as carrots) with high fiber foods (suchas kale) to decrease the moisture of the pulp and increase the amount of juice.

Amount of juice is too little

All produce is different, with freshness often times determining the amount of juicein it. To extract more juice out of refrigerated produce, soak them in clean water. When juicing, combine low fiber foods (such as carrots) with high fiber foods (such as kale) to decrease the moisture of the pulp and increase the mount of juice. Check if the pressure silicone is assembled properly. Also, cut hard ingredients down to size.

The strainer does not separate the juice

Adding too much food too quickly to the juicer may clog the strainer. Use thereverse button to unclog the food. Also disassemble the parts and clean the strainer.

Motor stops during use

Adding too much food too quickly to the juicer may clog the strainer and/or cause overheating.

Try to avoid turning on the juicer if there are no ingredients in it.

The lid is stuck after juicing

There may be extra pulp accumulated underneath the juicing screw. Firmly press down the center of the drum lid while turning it counte r clock wise to open. Also try pressing “ Reverse ” to unclog any food.

Blender

Does not start

Check to see if the electrical cord is plugged inproperly.'

Check to see if the lid is tightly locked onto the bowl.

Does not crush/chop

Check to see if you’re using the proper blade based on the suggestions on the manual.

If you’ve used the appliance continuously for a long time, it may need a couple minutes to reset.

Does not crush/chop and I either hear grinding metal or the blade does not move

The bowl is a replaceable component that typically lasts up to a year. Check with the Kuvings Thailand service center at 02 056 1118 or Line: @kuvingsth to see if you may need a replacement.
