To demonstrate how much juice Kuvings Whole Slow Juicers can extract, we weighed, juiced, and measured the yield of 13 popular ingredients.
Masticating juicers crush and press ingredients to extract juice, similar to how we chew our food.
This process typically yields more juice than centrifugal juicers, and works just as fast. To show this, we also measured how much time it takes to produce 1 cup of juice.
Note: juice yield will vary based on the quality of your produce.
Fresh fruits and vegetables provide the highest yield, and they also provide the best taste and texture.
Similarly, juicing speed will vary based on the size and quality of the ingredients.
Ingredients were juiced with the REVO830.
1. Celery
12 celery sticks (each 6 inches long) = a little over1 cup of celery juice.
