INGREDIENTS
Mango 120 g, Pineapple 120 g, Peach 100 g, Melon 150 g
TIP Purchase sliced pineapples for easy preparation. Remove the pit of peach.
METHOD
- 1. Peel and pit the mango and peach. Peel the melon and remove the seeds.
- 2. Peel and core the pineapple and slice into proper sizes.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
