 INGREDIENTS

Frozen Mango 200 g, Frozen Bananas 150 g, Topping: Condensed milk 50 g, Topping: Set-type Yogurt 50 g, Topping: Blueberries 5 g, Topping: Sliced Almonds 10 g

TIP Since mangoes are very sweet, adjust the amount according to taste. Since they are rich in carbohydrates and sugar, avoid eating them if you're on a diet. Prepare and slice the ingredients before freezing them for easy blending.

 METHOD

  • 1. Thaw the frozen mango (peeled, pitted, sliced properly).
  • 2. Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled, sliced properly).
  • 3. Install blank strainer and put ingredients in.
  • 4. Add toppings to the sherbet as desired.
