มะม่วง กล้วย Puree

 INGREDIENTS

Mango 300 g, Banana 200 g

TIP Since mangoes have strong sweetness, adjust the amount of mangoes according to taste. Moreover, since mangoes are loaded with carbohydrates and sugar, it is better not to eat too much when you're on a diet.

 METHOD

  • 1. Peel the mango, remove the seed, and slice properly.
  • 2. Peel the banana and slice properly.
  • 3. Blend the two ingredients after adding each.
  • 4. Mix the extract and pulp.

NUTRITION

The beta-carotene in bananas suppresses active oxygen and slows down aging; the vitamin C in mangoes and bananas helps relieve fatigue.
