Frozen Mango 400 g, Topping: Condensed milk 50 g, Topping: Sliced Almond 10 g

TIP Mix different kinds of fruits according to the texture. Prepare and slice the ingredients before freezing them for easy blending.

 METHOD

  • 1. Thaw the frozen mango (peeled, pitted, and sliced).
  • 2. Install blank strainer and put ingredients in.
  • 3. Add toppings to the sherbet as desired.
