Ingredients
• 150g of almonds soaked in water overnight
• 1 liter of water (preferably filtered)
* if you want to sweeten it, you can do it with vanilla extract, agave syrup, maple syrup or even cocoa

Method
1. Put the almonds in a bowl, cover them with warm water and leave them in the water overnight.
2. The next day, drain the water and rinse them well.
3. We start the slow juicer and start adding almonds, alternating with filtered water, until we finish them.
4. The almonds will be crushed, and the pulp and the rest will separate from the almond milk. If you want to sweeten it, add agave, maple syrup, vanilla extract, honey or even cocoa to the milk.
5. The milk is stored in a bottle in the refrigerator and served for a week.

* If you don't have a slow juicer, you can do the same process in a powerful blender, in which you blend the water with the almonds until they are completely crushed, then pass the whole composition through a fine cheesecloth, and the liquid that drains from the cheesecloth is the milk of almonds.
