 INGREDIENTS

Apple 270 g, Lemon 30 g, Sparkling Water 150 g, Mint 5 g, Syrup 5 g

TIP Use green apples which are good for hematopoiesis instead of ordinary ones to get chlorophyll, a natural detoxifier.

 METHOD

  • 1. Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
  • 2. Peel the lemon.
  • 3. Wash the mint clean.
  • 4. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  • 5. Add sparkling water and syrup to the juice and blend once more.
