Make Almond Milk using almonds with more fiber and lower calories among nuts.
INGREDIENTS
Soaked Almond 250 g, Water 250 g
TIP Almonds contain prebiotics that stimulate the growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria. It is also good to make the milk by mixing with water at a ratio of 1:1. If you are a 100% vegetarian, you can substitute almond milk for low-fat milk.
METHOD
- 1. Soak the almonds in water for over 3 hours.
- 2. Transfer the soaked almonds into a larger bowl and blend ladle by ladle.
- 3. Strain the almond milk with a cotton cloth.
