Tomato 360 g, Carrot 80 g, Onion 50 g, Potato 70 g, Cabbage 10 g

TIP If you want creamier soup, add fresh cream.

 METHOD

  • 1. Remove the stems of tomatoes.
  • 2. Slice the carrots lengthwise into 4 equal pieces.
  • 3. Chop the potatoes into proper sizes.
  • 4. Blend in order of tomato->carrot->onion->cabbage->potato.
  • 5. Pour the extract into a frying pan and simmer.
  • 6. Add a teaspoon of olive oil.
