Green Tea Powder 4 g, Frozen Bananas 350 g, Milk 100 g

TIP Peel and freeze bananas for later use.

 METHOD

  • 1. Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled and sliced properly).
  • 2. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
  • 3. Add green tea powder to the smoothie and blend.
  • 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
