How to make delicious cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices
Have you ever? Why does it taste strange when I make cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juice? How should I mix it to make it delicious?
If you add ingredients according to your mood and don't pay attention to the proportions, you may end up with a fruit that tastes strange and almost impossible to drink. If you add sweetness to your liking, the fruit juice will taste greasy. If you add too many green leafy vegetables, it will have a bitter taste. Adding more lemon will neutralize the flavor. But be careful, if you add too much spicy vegetables like chilli and ginger, there is no way to fix this.
How to adjust the proportion of fruit juice to fit
Each type of fruit and vegetable has a different aroma and taste. The size may not be the same each time. Therefore, the proportion should be adjusted accordingly. “The amount after squeezing is juice” with the ratio of vegetable juice to general fruit juice being 1:1.
- 1 part green leafy vegetables (such as kale, celery)
- 1 part root vegetable (such as carrots)
- 4 parts sweet fruit (such as an apple)
- 1 part citrus fruit (such as lemon)
Kale, Apple, Lemon Recipe
ingredient
- Kale 100 grams
- 400 grams of apples
- 100 grams of lemon
method
- Put the kale, along with the apple and lemon, into the Kuvings cold press on low. Wait for the grinder to slowly process until it's finished. Then pour water into a glass and it's ready to serve.
- Or separate the juices of each type of vegetable and fruit in proportion and then mix them together. Can be done both ways.
If you adjust the proportions like this, you'll get delicious fruit and vegetable juice. Don't force yourself to drink it just because of its health and properties alone. The most important thing is to find a juice that is as natural to drink as possible.
