Ingredients
- 250 g sugar
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 250 g melted Butter
- 5 eggs
- 350 g flour
- 1 package baking powder
- 4~5 apples
- 4 tbsp icing sugar
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven (180 °C top/bottom heat).
- Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix everything into a creamy dough.
- Juice the apples and mix the pomace and juice with the dough and pour everything into a greased springform pan (diameter about 28 cm).

Halve and cut 3 apples and place them on top of the cake mixture. Bake the apple pie for about 55 -60 minutes. At the end add a little powdered sugar. Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
